Statement of consent for the recording and dissemination of image and voice by the National Centre for Research and Development (hereinafter: NCBR), in connection with the event titled "Final conference of the ‘Applied research’ Programme: Reflecting on results and looking into the future," which will take place on November 14, 2024, in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Event).

Based on Article 81(1) of the Act of April 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2509, as amended), I hereby give my consent to NCBR for the free, unlimited in time and territory:

recording, and
repeated distribution on NCBR's social media, of my image and voice, in the form of live broadcasts, video materials, photographs, recorded by NCBR during the Event, and promoted by NCBR on its website, social media, and YouTube channel.

I hereby declare that this consent includes the unlimited, both in time and territory, free recording and repeated distribution by NCBR of my image and voice exclusively for the informational and promotional purposes of NCBR.*
